Helping others reach success is my motivation.

Eventually, I discovered my passion for research, data, and evidence-based practices. Entering the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) allowed me to utilize these evidence-based practices to make a positive difference in many lives impacted by developmental disabilities. Becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) enabled me to pass this knowledge along to a wider audience by training behavior therapists, program managers, and other stakeholders.

Fast forward to my career exploration phase when I enhanced my sales and marketing skills by managing a gelato shop, problem solving skills by nannying for multiple families, and composition skills by leading the University Writing Center.

Growing up with a speech delay gave me a unique lens to view learning with. I was much more than the quiet, afraid-to-speak kid and I was motivated to prove that.

My desire to increase accessibility and inclusive learning experiences has led me to apply my ABA experiences to the Learning and Development field. I believe that with accurate needs analyses, strong collaboration, and effective learning solutions, we can ensure that employees develop their knowledge and skills to reach success within their organizations.
